Appalling Customer Service
Informed Gigaclear technical support of a faulty router & they promised to investigate and respond. No further contact from Gigaclear despite me chasing them for over 2 weeks now.

Why cant you report an outage 24hrs a day to a person

Brought fibre to rural location when we had almost given up hope. We’re responsive and cooperative. Service good. Occasional outages but communication great.
