Grand European Travel Recensioni

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback on your Spanish Wonder tour. We are pleased to read that you found the booking process well organised and the customer service excellent. We also appreciate your comments regarding communication during the months leading up to departure and understand that more regular updates would have helped you feel better informed. It is encouraging to read your positive comments about your Travel Director and Coach Driver. We are pleased that your Travel Director’s knowledge, friendliness and thoughtful attention to individual needs contributed to a positive experience for the group. However, we are sorry that the quality of several group dinners did not meet your expectations. We understand how disappointing it must have been when the meals did not reflect the standard of Spanish cuisine you anticipated. Your comments regarding the food preparation and variety will be shared with the relevant team for review. We also appreciate your feedback about the limited free time and the inclusion of key attractions and optional experiences. We recognise the importance of having sufficient time to explore independently and understand your disappointment at not being able to visit the interior of the Sagrada Família. Your suggestions regarding the inclusion of major attractions and art museums, as well as clearer itinerary descriptions, are valuable and will be shared with the relevant team for consideration. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. We value your comments, as they help us identify opportunities to improve both the planning information provided before departure and the overall experience for our guests.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to read that you had such a memorable experience and enjoyed the cultural activities, local tours, fascinating history and sites, as well as the warm hospitality and delicious food throughout your journey. It is particularly encouraging to read your kind comments about your Travel Director, whose knowledge, helpfulness and ability to manage unexpected situations helped ensure your trip ran smoothly. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to read that your booking agent was thorough and easy to work with, and that your Travel Director and local experts provided such informative insights into the history, economy and culture of the region. We also appreciate your comments regarding the optional experiences. We understand that purchasing several additional excursions can add to the overall cost of a trip, particularly when these experiences feel essential to making the most of the destination. Your suggestion to include more of these experiences in the main itinerary and reflect the cost in the tour price is valuable, and we will share it with the relevant team for consideration. Thank you again for your feedback and for travelling with us. We appreciate the opportunity to learn from your experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to read that the booking process went smoothly and that you enjoyed many highlights of your tour, including the Rockwell Museum, the autumn scenery, the Von Trapp resort and brewery, and your coastal experience in Maine. We also appreciate your kind comments about your Travel Director, Coach Driver and the snacks provided during the journey. However, we are sorry to read that some aspects of the experience did not meet your expectations. We understand your disappointment with the standard and dining options at the North Conway Grand Hotel, as well as the high prices at some of the restaurants. Your comments regarding the hotel accommodation, meal choices and the opportunity for an additional group dinner will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration. We also appreciate your suggestion of allowing more time in Boston. While weather conditions are beyond our control, we understand how disappointing it must have been to miss the opportunity to explore as planned. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us. We regret that the trip has left you uncertain about travelling with Insight Vacations again, and we value your feedback as it helps us identify areas where the guest experience could be improved.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand how inconvenient it must be when travel communications are sent to only one person, particularly when you and your sister-in-law live at separate addresses and travel together. Having to rely on forwarded emails can make it more difficult to stay informed and ensure you both receive important updates in a timely manner. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and encourage you to ensure that both email addresses are recorded on your booking so that each of you can receive relevant communications directly. Thank you for choosing to travel with us, and we appreciate the opportunity to improve your experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed your trip overall and appreciated the support of your Travel Director. However, we are sorry that aspects of the experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding communication about your British Airways flights, particularly the lack of clarity around assigned seating and the additional cost involved. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover this after booking, and we will share your feedback with the relevant team for review. We also recognise your concerns about the pace of the itinerary, the long travel days and the limited time available to explore certain destinations. We are sorry that you felt you did not have sufficient time to enjoy some of the attractions, particularly in Liverpool, where the change to your overnight arrangements meant you missed the opportunity to explore the city independently. We value your continued loyalty to Insight Vacations and regret that this experience has affected your confidence in travelling with Trafalgar again. Your feedback is important to us and will be shared with the relevant teams as we continually review our tours and guest experience. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to read that you had such a positive experience on your Multi European tour and that you enjoyed discovering so many beautiful places while learning about the history and culture of each destination. It is also encouraging to read your kind comments about the service provided by your booking agent, who kept in touch and ensured your questions were answered. We will gladly share your feedback with the relevant team. We are equally pleased that your Travel Director’s knowledge and enthusiasm helped make your journey so memorable. Thank you for choosing to travel with us. We appreciate your support and look forward to the opportunity to welcome you on another journey as you continue exploring the world.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to read that the booking process went smoothly and that you enjoyed the company of your fellow travellers. We appreciate your comments regarding the hotels, as we understand that accommodation quality and comfort play an important part in the overall travel experience. We are sorry that the hotels did not meet your expectations, particularly in comparison with your previous experience travelling with GET. We are also sorry to read that some of the included dinners did not suit your tastes. Your comments regarding the meals will be shared with the relevant team for consideration. It is encouraging, however, to read that the rural dining experience stood out, especially the opportunity to watch pasta being made from scratch, enjoy the meal and take part in the music and dancing. We are pleased that your Travel Director was kind and helpful, particularly in arranging a taxi for your husband and fellow travellers who needed additional assistance. Thank you again for sharing both the positive aspects of your trip and the areas where you feel improvements could be made. Your feedback is valuable to us.
