Faster than expected
My order arrived faster than I expected. When picking up my order, a ticket system would have made things less awkward. The way the space is organized, each customer has to stand in an open area...

As the title says very poor response time for resit application. Say 1-3days, more like 2 weeks.

Items never showed up
We have ordered some items on Nov. 27. Order No # 12354263
Up to today, Dec. 03, has not shown up.
Therefore we cancel the order.
