I had a problem finding the recommended battery for my Standby Generator. Gescan had the unit and it was delivered to my home for a very reasonable charge.

Follow up with customers. I ordered materials that had missing parts. The associate said he would phone me back to find out where the missing parts were and I never heard back.

Good not great
They didn't have my items in stock but delivered them the next day from Red Deer. A little disappointed that I was recommended a thermostat that was not correct, but wasn't a huge deal.

Website is great minus the fact it is still hard to find items if you do not have the product number.
