Real customer service!
The help on the phone was great. (real people!). My order came fast and had inexpensive shipping. One item was incorrect-an easy mistake though. But one call and my correct item arrived in 1 day....

Nothing we can do
It was not clear I was only buying the trim and not the entire light fixture from the web site.
They would not refund or exchange the trim, I spent 150 bucks.
I was told, “that’s to bad” sorry...
