Pretty good if slightly indifferent at my local Next store (which doesn’t stock Gap) I probably would have tried sizes in store to find right fit

The best service
Great service, returned only because I’m between sizes, so on this occasion re ordered in size smaller. Reimbursed the same day they received them back.
