There are two ways of purchasing from us: either online via our payment provider ShareIT, and the subscriptions purchased online are set to automatically renew each subscription period. As many of our customers are buying monthly subscriptions, it would be inconvenient for them to renew the subscriptions each month manually. Another way to purchase from us is manually paying with a check or a wire transfer. Those orders are not set to automatically renew, as we send a renewal quote each year. Actually, we do offer 2-year subscription periods upon request in these kind of situations. Our hands are a bit tied until certain extent with our third-party payment provider ShareIT, but we try our best to make the renewals as effortless as possible. Hi Mark,I can understand your frustration in this manner, as automatic subscriptions can be tricky to manage.This is why we use a third-party merchant provider to manage our customers financial data when operating with online subscriptions, this ensures higher levels of security and protects your financial data.I see that you emailed our support team, we received your support ticket on Wednesday, 5th of June, 2019 at 10:53 PM and we responded/cancelled the subscription on Thursday, 6th of June 2019, at 10:27.
