Hi, Thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I have had a look at your order and you did not select the next weekday service for your order. You had selected the standard free shipping. As mentioned in the emails with you the order was placed around the time of our Anniversary sale and there were delays with orders going out. We have had messages on our website and on confirmation emails placed around the date of the sale confirming the delays.
