We’re really sorry that you felt you needed to give us negative feedback. We try really hard to get it right for all our customers, as you are all really important to us. Sometimes things happen that are completely out of our control – we do try to contact retailers/ebay sellers when things don’t go quite right but 99.9% of the time they will only speak/correspond with the purchaser. To my surprise I received the parcel by DHL and free of charge with an explanatory note from James Andrew. This was much appreciated Thanks a lot for rectifying this situation. I will definitely consider using this service again more so with the basic option offer which you have lately introduced. Thanks again Dr Martin Borg

I understand, however, perhaps you could offer other alternatives, which are not for example premium. Items arrive within 48 hours, however I would be willing to pay less and have them arrive in 4 days for example. Thanks!
