We did have to contact the team with a cabin issue. The service was mostly great and the problem was solved fairly. Only saying mostly great as using the QR code to report the problem in itself...

There is always a cheery welcome when you turn up at reception to check in the accommodation , to be fair all the staff say hello whenever you see them .
