Disappointed with the stay.

Worse staff we gave had and food very poor. Lack of knowledge from staff, not very helpful and would be nice for them to smile sometimes. Quality of food was very poor and we would not eat there...

Forest Holidays great, Forest of Dean location to be avoided. Poor cabins.

Friendly and sympathetic team at the location. Central customer services lack empathy, urgency and autonomy.

Amazing stay in a fantastic location - 5 stars and more!!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much and they made our stay so easy. Even the guy who came to check the hot tub each morning was great!
