Credit refund for incomplete work on the hall ceiling. Staff attended the lodge with missing items from the welcome pack very quickly. Also one of the bedroom sinks was blocked and staff fixed it...

Kind helpful staff, reported an issue with our lights, was seen to and fixed quickly. Only 1 person in the main shop was just unhelpful or cheerful. Everyone else was amazing and whole place was kept...
