Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We completely understand that the start of your trip was far from ideal, and we really appreciate your patience and good humour throughout what sounds like a very long journey. We will, of course, pass all your comments on to the transfer company, as it’s important that all our clients enjoy a smooth and straightforward transfer experience. It sounds like you had a great time at the hotel, and the pictures you attached look lovely! We hope to welcome you on another FlyDirect holiday in the future.

Thank you for your feedback, we are glad that you enjoyed the convenience of the FlyDirect flights from the Isle of Man down to Malaga. I can only apologise for the delays you incurred at the start of your trip, this was down to issues with loading the bags and wheelchairs in Ronaldsway and we hope that this doesn't deter you form choosing to travel with us at FlyDirect again.
