Thank you for your comments, at times when we have a full flight and several different hotels that holidaymakers have chosen the transfers can take longer and I'm sorry for your long transfer time on this occasion. On the return flight there were some clients who needed special assistance at the airport and this resulted in the short delay. Apologies that you weren't informed about this. Thank you for your comments and we're sorry for the disruption to your return journey. As you'll know, Tenerife South Airport had problems with their systems which meant a slow check-in. We are liaising with the airline about their decision to divert to Rennes and unload the bags although ensuring a safe landing at Jersey airport was paramount.
