Thank you for your feedback and please accept our apologies for the 2 hour delay to the outbound service. The safety of our clients is paramount and the decision to burn off fuel by the pilot was due to him being cautious given the weather conditions in Jersey that day.

I'm sorry that you felt that the communication and service was poor from the cabin crew. We are currently collecting all passenger feedback and will follow up the in-flight experience with the airline direct to ensure this is better managed in the future.

I hope this delay didn't take away from the enjoyment of your holiday in Tenerife and your return flight was much more comfortable.
