We do mention in our brochure and online descriptions that this hotel is a 10 minute drive from the resort centre, but apologise that this wasn't specifically highlighted at the time of booking. Hi, thank you for your comments. I'm really sorry that you couldn't get through to us, we always try our best to answer calls as quickly as possible but at busy times this can take a little longer. Out of office hours we activate our answerphone message. I'm sorry that our staff couldn't help and didn't appear to try harder. We are allocated a certain number of room types at each of the hotels we work with and while the team do aim to offer alternatives if your first option isn't available I'm sorry that this was't the service you experienced on this occasion. My apologies that we didn't deliver the experience that we promise, I hope the flight went well and perhaps you might give us another chance in the future.
