An enjoyable process

Even though we booked online we did have a couple of questions which were answered very quickly and politely. We were also informed of works being carried out at the hotel.

Poorly stocked services.

Crew very patient and pleasant. Badly stocked food trolley - not good enough when you consider what the flights cost and they know before they leave how many people they are expecting on each...

Many Thanks for your feedback, without which we cannot improve. Unfortunately due to heavy traffic and road works in Tenerife there have been some delays to transfers in March affecting all operators, which was unforeseen, but for which we apologise. We will review our advised transfer times for 2019 in order to give a better indication of time on the coach. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.

Both flights to and from Jersey left exactly on time. The flight staff were friendly and the aircraft clean and comfortable. Thank you FlyDirect for a good experience.
