Direct flight wihtout the hassle of the UK - flight on time going and a slight delay coming back. Have used twice already and already booked for Majorca in Sept - will use again next year in spring...

Good overall but no explanation for 25minute delay

Great flights, good food and drink. However 50 minute leaving delay on return and 25 minute late landing was apologised for but no explanation was given. Very irritating never to get a proper...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you were delayed on your return trip. With aircraft making several trips over the course of day unfortunately delays can be accrued due to slot times, baggage and passenger loading and unloading and air traffic control backlogs. These issues are unfortunately unavoidable in air travel. We are pleased to note that some time was made up during the journey home.

These issues are unavoidable but the delays can largely be mitigated by allowing sufficient time for turn around. What are FlyBe's figures for delays in relation to other similar airlines?

Long transfers !

Great products : ie hotel and flight. Joining up of products less good, if transfers are advertised as 1 hour they should not in reality last 3 hours and 2 hours respectively, due to avoidable...
