Thank you for your feedback, we're glad that overall your experience was a positive and enjoyable. Our apologies for the slow check-in at Jersey Airport and the delay with departure, we will speak with Swissport about this. You're right that we have experienced some problems recently with the strikes at Marseilles Airport which are causing restrictions to flights passing through their airspace which then can also affect other flights with the same aircraft during the day. I hope we'll be able to welcome you to another FlyDirect flight again soon.

Convenient flight but delayed by approximately 2 hours both ways which ruined plans at each end. Very slow in flight service. On a nearly 2hour flight, drinks arrived once the seatbelt signs had gone...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We apologise for the delays to your flights. On 3rd June Palma Airport was adversely affected by severe thunder storms early in the day which had a knock-on effect to flights. On your return 10th June ATC strikes in Marseille affected flights across European air space. Whilst we appreciate that these delays are frustrating, they are unfortunately unavoidable. We hope that this inconvenience didn't detract from an otherwise enjoyable holiday and we hope to see you on another FlyDirect service soon.

The direct flight time and aircraft used was excellent. However, the departure flight time was scheduled late in the day and given it was further delayed by some 2 hours the first day of the holiday...

On your outward journey the flight was unfortunately delayed due to severe thunder storms in the Balearic Islands, which impacted heavily on flights into and out of Palma Airport.
