It made a difference to the holiday being able to fly direct from Jersey.

Booking was good. Hotel was good. Transfer to and from airport good. Leg room on flight good. Flight punctuality not so much. Collection of bags on arrival in jersey was a woeful end to the trip....

Great, really helpful both before we travelled and at the airport. The kids travel packs were a really lovely, unexpected touch.
