Very good service with no hassle, much better than going through Gatwick. The only problem was that if you arrive at the airport more than 2 hours ahead (when check in opens) there is very limited...

It was not their fault there was 2 hours delay which we understand was due to French Air Traffic Control and yes we would use them again.

The check in for flights needs to be improved , particularly at Jersey which is really slow . Long queues even when you get there well in advance of time specified . No Fly Direct rep at departures...
