Please accept our apologies for the non arrival of your original order. Having looked at your order, it seems that we were unable to locate a florist able to deliver your order on the date requested. You should have received a call/email with regards to this, and so as this was not the case, we sincerely apologise. Please accept our apologies for any confusion caused. All orders show as released for dispatch, as this means they have transferred from our website, onto our main allocation system. Your order was requested for delivery on May 7th, however the plant ordered was from our postal range, and we do advise online that these items cannot be guaranteed for delivery on specific dates. Our plants are usually delivered as pictured online, as flowering potted plants, as opposed to plants you have to arrange and plant yourself.
The website's interface is clumsy and awkward to use -particularly on mobile devices. The delivery times are too broad, so these flowers arrived after we left.
