The flowers arrived on time and the recipient loved them. They were a leaving present for a lady in our Leicester office but as I have not spoken to her so can only go by her thank you email - sorry!

Thanks to the great customer service so fast they have replaced the bouquet I'm very impressed and would not hesitate to order again well done guys :-)
The flowers were due to be delivered on the Friday but unfortunately they weren't delivered until the next day when the recipient wasn't at home. I wasn't sent an email or given any notification of...

First and foremost they were not delivered to the address specified but to a similar address nearby.
Secondly they were only received by the intended person 2 days later.
