Very good communication from start to finish, just a couple of forms to start with and they do the rest. They do take a good cut but it was money we wasn’t expecting so very happy

Without knowing your specific case I am unable to read your account notes but I can only assume that the original note containiing the information that you do not have a Grant Of Probate was overlooked by our processing team. Each claim and airline is different, not many airlines insiste on this but some unfortunately do. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for any distress we have caused you during this process.
