Good but the next day delivery was a bit of a lie. I love Fiorelli so it’s all good but it’s a bit annoying.

Thank you so much for leaving your feedback on the service you received from Royal Mail. Of course we promise that next day should be the following day if ordered before 3pm Monday to Thursday. If ordered Friday then next day would be Monday. I can see that your order arrived Saturday morning, which is odd as we dont use a Saturday delivery service. Therefore I will explore why this was with Royal Mail for you. In the meantime, Id love to refund the shipping cost for you. Again, thanks for your feedback.
