I have reviewed the communications and our agent was trying to explain that there is only a short time limit in which you need to enter your Serial Code, otherwise it will become void. You will be pleased to know that since the release of the NEW OvuSense App, there is no now longer a need to enter a Serial Code and your subscription will automatically be applied to your account.
