A beautiful property, lovely and clean and a box of welcome chocolates made it more welcoming along with the christmas decorations and lights

Welcoming staff

The people at FBM were kind understanding and helpful, even notifying us that we could have access to the apartment early, they were very Covid aware and prepared so we felt safe and well cared for.

Kept us up to date on the Covina 19 restrictions . We were kept informed through telephone calls and e mails. The cottage was very clean

Large basic flat .well equiped for all needs .tv signall not the best could do with a booster aeril,suprised that dust. An cigarette but under coffee table beds an travel cot when the property is...

So sorry there was an issue with the TV signal and a couple ofcleaning shortcomings during your stay Miss Stratton. If you'd notified us, we would have asked the cleaning company to go back - we have passed on your comments to them. The later check-in and earlier check-out is to ensure the cleaners have time to disinfect everything and is for everyone's safety. It isn't really a day less - just a few house and is in everyone's best interest.

So sorry there was some dust in one area and the over-sight of a cigarette butt under a piece of furniture Miss Stratton. That should not have been the case and we have told the owner of the company the owner uses for cleaning to speak with his cleaner and to ensure this does not happen again.
