We've no other reports of anything being slow. There are lots of factors that can effect the speed of your web browser including your own internal network traffic and internet connection - we'd be happy to work with your IT team to identify the cause. As with most services it's important to be sure you're comparing apples with apples when looking at multiple suppliers. New SMS providers offering prices that seem to good to be true can appear overnight and disappear just as quick - these are often using an inferior setup with low delivery rates and poor reliability. We've tried contacting you to get some more information about the error you're receiving as there's nothing we're aware of that would stop you sending to more than 5 numbers at a time. We'll keep trying to get through.
