Hi Gareth,
I've taken a look into this for you. Your order was received on the afternoon of Thursday 8/3 and dispatched Friday 9/3. I can see it was delivered Thursday 15/3 which is 4 business days after dispatch and about right for parcels traveling to WA by regular post, which is what was chosen.
We take customer service very seriously so it would be greatly appreciated if you could please reconsider and amend your 1 star rating.

My concerns were I got an email to say the products had arrive and to review them , when I had not received them .

Fair enough Gareth. The timing was a little out on this one due to a public holiday we had in SA Monday 12/3. I still don’t believe this warrants a 1 star review as this could have quickly been explained if you contacted us via phone or email with a query. However, if you feel differently than we’ll just have to live with it. Have a great week. Cheers, Michael

Took a week from placing order to being delivered.
Was kept informed about where the delivery was at and when to expect it.
It took longer than I had hoped but not unreasonable.

Hi Dee, this order was delayed by an extra day due to a public holiday here in SA on Monday 12/3. Your order was received Friday night and then dispatched on Tuesday, instead of our usual Monday dispatch. Sorry about that, but just a one off. Thanks, Michael
