Fantastic service I purchased them for my husband he said the Bailey taste was not strong so next time I used two and he said the taste was better

Hi Anne, thanks for the feedback and glad you were happy with our service. Just to manage expectations withe the Baileys flavour, as mentioned on the pack it is just a hint of flavour, so as not to overpower the coffee.

When you were preparing your coffee, did you use the short or long shot button? We strongly recommend the short shot for the best flavour and intensity, so please try that if you are not already. Thanks -Michael

Hi Angie, thanks for your review. Very happy to hear you were happy with our service and sorry to hear you were disappointed with the coffee . While coffee is very subjective and impressions vary from person to person, we don't like to have any disappointed customers. Can I ask how you are preparing your coffee, are you using the short or the long shot button? For the best flavour and intensity, we strongly recommend the short shot button for all of our pods, Baileys and normal coffee. If you are not using the short shot already, please give it a shot.
