Having investigated this matter, I can confirm that a miscommunication occurred between a couple of our departments, for which I am very sorry. The product you've purchased was in fact discontinued by the manufacturer, and the item which was sent through was a market replacement, which is expected to fill the gap in our market. I apologise that this wasn't communicated to you before dispatch. Other distributors who are in a position to supply this product are running their old stock. Please note that this product has been discontinued by the manufacturer. In the future, the product dispatched will be a market replacement. We take on board all types of feedback and work hard to ensure our customers' journey is constantly reviewed, and your feedback about the delayed refund is duly noted and has been communicated with the relevant team. We'd love to be given an opportunity to showcase the service we pride ourselves on in the future.
