Great but improve flights and hotels

Trip let down by poor hotels in Minsk and Vilnius and airlines need improving. Ukraine Airlines were nearly an hour late opening up checking and put me on standby.

Hi Deborah, thank you for your feedback - whilst I'm pleased to hear you had a great time overall, I am sorry to hear you were let down by the hotels, and your flights. If you are able to advise a little more context around your experience at the said hotels, please do let me know so I can investigate further cr@explore.co.uk. In regards to your flights this is really disappointing to read. Upon checking with our Flights Department, we were entirely unaware that this was the case, so on behalf of Ukraine International Airlines we sincerely apologise, sadly there could be a number of reasons as to why this may have been, all factors sadly are outside of Explores control. I would therefore recommend contacting the airline directly about the poor service that you received.
