Hi Paul, thank you for your Feefo its great to hear about your personal highlights. In regards to your comments about the walk in the Carpathian Mountains, upon investigating this point with your Explore leader, I understand that usual route was taken and that it took an hour in total, yet that two options were offered one being for those who wish to hike with a local guide, and the other being the cable car option with your leader and that your group were briefed in advance regarding the less than ideal weather conditions at the time, plus the terrain itself. I am sorry to hear that you fell however, however it seems your leader wasn't unfortunately aware of this at the time to provide assistance and support.

I booked through the travel advisors Marco Polo who were excellent

Some blips. Meeting in Montreal was slightly chaotic but perhaps because the leader was changed at the last minute. No guide when were in Boston

Thank you for your comments Christine, all of which has been passed onto our Operations and Product Managers for the area for them to review. Its disappointing though to read that you feel the Yurt camp stay wasn't worthwhile on day 8, on route to Samarkand this does appear to be very subjective though, as others have noted this accommodation as a personal highlight for their entire trip yet well certainly monitor feedback in this regard very closely going forward. Didn't feel me with confidence

The information I received when I phoned to ask about the Indian visa was in correct. luckily I doubled checked with Travcour and saved myself some worry and expense.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We listened into the call as we always want our customers to feel one hundred percent confident with the general advice we offer regards visas. I agree the agent was not clear and could have clarified the matter further. As such we have picked this up as a training issue withthe agent in questionand I apologise that on this occasion our service wasn't up to our normally high standards.
