나는 노인으로 인터넷도 서툰데 예약중 잘 되지 안을 때 회사로 전화하면 전화도 잘 받고 친절하고 또 "잘 안되시면 이 전화로 예약해 드릴까요" 해서 예약자에게 안정감을
주었다는게 고마웠씀. 결국 인터넷으로 예약 했습니다만, 앞으로 엑스페디아 고객이 되려 하니 좋은 상품과 고객위헤 노력해 주시기 바랍니다.

항공권 구매 후 취소관련
정보의 일관성 및 편의성이 좀더 강화되었으면 좋겠습니다.
항공권 티켓구매시와 구매확정 이후의 정보가 달라 많이 당황하였습니다.
그리고 관련사항을 이메일을 통하여 해결을 할 수 없었고 다른사람을 통하여 한국 익스피디아로 전화를 해야만 했습니다.
하지만 제 3자가 통화한것임에도 불구하고 원활하고 정확하게 에로사항을 해결할 수있어 좋았습니다.
