Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry to hear you are having delivery problems with your Evo subscription. I have checked your subscription and the copies are being dispatched on time however we would ask that as you are based overseas to allow extra time for delivery, as well as taking into consideration the current postal delays. If you would like to verify we have the correct address details, please contact our Customer Care Team at: customercare@subscribe.evo.co.uk with your subscription details and they will be happy to check. Once verified we can issue a replacement for any missed. You can also access the digital edition by downloading the app and logging in using your customer number.
