Originele bestelling ging fout, maar het is goed opgelost. Bedankt!
Ik heb twee weken geleden de Rebor tyrannosaurus Rex besteld maar deze is nog niet binnen. Hier baal ik wel erg van.

Thank you for contacting us.  We are sorry to hear that your parcel has not arrived.  We have emailed information to assist you, because we suspect, that as a smaller parcel ordered by you two days after this order has already arrived, then the larger parcel may be being stored at your local sorting depot.  I have informed our warehouse team and they will let me know straight away should your parcel be returned to our warehouse.

Although the postage option (international standard) is not a tracked service, I have emailed over the packing list that was sent with this order, along with further details of the parcel which should help you to track it down at your local sorting office.

Thank you for your email, glad to hear that both the replacement parcel and the original parcel were delivered today.  Perhaps in the light of this new information you might want to re-rate our service.
