Easy user interface. The only reason why not five stars was due to I can't find what does bond protector mean and I have to reach out to the support chat line.

Call centre staff was helpful. Especially after the totally useless chat help over the computer.
Online renewal was restrictive ie cannot amend from one year to 3 years renewal.
