Generally it's fine but due to not knowing that not all products were in stock at the point of ordering we had to source more from elsewhere to get the job done and now have the backordered ones here...

Thanks for the feedback. Yes you are quite right, we normally say if a product is not a standard stocked product and give an indication of the lead time. We have just updated the stock infor for all the ractchet to help with future orders Simon
