The item was slow to arrive and we had a problem with one of the pairs of jodhpurs. The staff were excellent in sorting it out so very pleased with the results

Always annoying to order an item online saying in stock only to get a call few days later saying no stock and item no longer made. Having said that, message left was very apologetic and polite.

I am sorry you have had to leave us bad feed-back, we have been very busy in the shop this week and when we are busy we are unable to answer the telephone.
We do however always reply to email so if ever you have a query it's always good to pop us an email.
I have just looked into your order and our system has advised the payment was not successful - so we have never received payment for this order.
