The purchase was easy enough and was delivered promptly. The questionnaire/survey to see what "you" needed was great. I ordered dots a long time ago and things have changed since then.

Unsure on product and what it does
Service ok but not sure in the product. The dot in the wristband I can't tell, but the other dot just seems to be a piece of cardboard? Doesn't seem to do anything
