Always a pleasure, friendly, accommodating, helpful & professional :)
Teaching was brilliant - Duncan and Stina both great. Only slight drawback was shuttle buses - one mornng was half an hour late. Apart from that - perfect!

we try to avoid delays but sometimes it can be due to situations out of our control. I will look into what happened with your trip though and try to ensure it is not repeated. Thanks again, and hope to see you back here again,
