We take our customer care very seriously and we apologise for the inconvenience. Due to a high season in UK, rental companies experienced some difficulties with processing orders. You had to contact our reservation department via 24/7 phone number +44 203 478 52 39 for decision of your problem. Our representative would contact Rental Company to hurry up them or to reserve car in another company with a same pick up dates.
