Awful customer service was emailing for two weeks about my order not arriving eventually I got a refund through paypal

I can see there was written communication between us regarding Royal Mail failing to deliver your order. Royal Mail ask for up-to 10 days to be allowed for delivery however it does normally take 1-3 days. We will always reproduce undelivered orders with no extra cost or issue a refund. Such a help made my life easier.

Great very quick which was such a help as my husband went from hospital to care home . Also they can come through letter box so no worring about being in .

Hello Lynda. Thank you for leaving us your feedback. I am sorry Royal Mail failed to deliver your order. We will always happily replace orders that do not arrive within 10 days at our cost if we are aware of this happening. Our last written communication with you 9 days ago when you chased your order asks you to get back in touch with us within 10 days, we did not hear back from you so we assumed your order had arrived. I have now arranged for your order to be reproduced. Please note lead time for our woven labels to be dispatched is 3 working days. Thank you. Kind regards, Alison.
