Luggage seemed to be an issue
Car and trip were fine. My only issue was with the driver, Josaire. He simply refused to load our luggage in the car, so perhaps he should not be sent to pick up people at hotels, airports, cruise...

Smooth ride
Driver was on time and very courteous. Loaded all our bags and got us on our way quickly. Very safe and efficient driver. Unloaded our bags and was very efficient. We will gladly use your service...
