Main influence was the salesperson. Everthing else was fine, but it is the personal point of contact, viz. the salesperson, which makes or breaks the experience. Very pleasing.
Overall service was good however the salesperson told me the vehicle I was looking to buy had cruise control. This turned out not to be the case which left me disappointed.
