We had asked for a delivery date after 6th April as we were away but this was not acted upon and the four was delivered. Fortunately we were able to get a neighbour to take it for us.

I am sorry for the error. We do not check the box you filled in as it is for instructions that the delivery driver can use. If you want the parcel left next door or put in a greenhouse. I have reworded the box instructions to make it clearer. We can delay delivery but only if you ring your order in. Thank you for the feedback. Paul 4th generation flour miller
