Thank you for your response and I'm very sorry the Growhouse hasn't arrived yet. I've looked at the tracking information and can see you should have expected delivery on both Saturday and then yesterday. We will get onto the parcel carrier first thing tomorrow, find out what has happened and then call you to sort this out as quickly as possible. Your delivery people let you down - the driver went ill on the afternoon of England's championship deciding rugby match ! Hmmmm ! So the delivery was a week late !

Thank you for the feedback. Whatever the reason for the driver not being able to deliver (and I have no insight into the timing/cause of his illness!), you should not then have had to wait a week for redelivery.
