HI Thank you for your feedback, Im sorry that you feel we didnt communicate well. I have investigated the order and our email logs. I can see that you ordered on 6/5 at 15:07 with standard shipping, and we emailed you to confirm your order had been received. We then processed your order at 09:10 on the 7/5 and emailed to confirm your order was being picked and processed. At 09:10 on the 7/5 we emailed with your invoice for your order as we had then taken payment (not before we pick your order). At 09:18 on the 7/5 your order was packaged and shipped and at this time an email was sent with your tracking information. Im sorry that you consider this insufficient communication and feel it would be better to talk to us about these issues privately so we can explain and resolve then rather than hitting a small business with negative feedback. I can only assume that the issue is that these emails went into your junk folder and you were unable to locate them. If you had emailed us for more information we would have been able to forward the email trail with our very prompt and speedy service.
