Made changes without hassle when flights were changed. Booked a good package with on board credit which was a bonus.

Very well planned holiday
The whole itinerary went according to plan. Hotels etc were generally good & we enjoyed all the trips. Unfortunately a couple were cancelled due to the weather. If there was a problem it was sorted...

Excellent service
Very personalised , as not travelled abroad for 17 years., the advice and guidance we received was invaluable. From how airports worked now to where was good to buy clothing.

I would say extremely good service. Very detailed personalised itinerary, and it all worked perfectly, including the cruise, hotels and taxi transfers in Argentina. It all just happened!
