the only comment i would like to make is when they are asking for names to get customer to soell them out as i had to pay £50...

Thanks for your feedback and advice - part of our booking procedure is to check with the customer that all names are spelled correctly when placing any booking, so I am at a loss to explain what happened in your case. I apologise for the extra cost involved - this is unfortunately a charge demanded by the airline and not ourselves.
